The Building Community Bridges: The Nurses Role in the Worldwide Social Indicators of Health CE program will explore nursing’s interest in global health, why global health is important to local nurses, how nurses are uniquely qualified to address global public health and how Building Community Bridges, Inc. addresses social indicators of health in West Africa.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this program, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the role of the nurse in addressing social indicators of health.
- Discuss why global health is of interest to local nurses.
- Examine how nurses are uniquely qualified to address global public health.
- Describe how BCB addresses the social indicators of health in rural W Africa.
